Poster session

The poster session will take place on Tuesday, May 16th. 

Each poster will be assigned an individual poster board. Posters should be printed in A0 vertical format (841*1189mm) by the presenter and brought directly to the conference on the poster session day (Tuesday, May 16th). No poster printing facilities will be available at the conference site. Posters should be affixed to the boards with T-pins which will be made available. The poster Number (the indico one, assigned when the poster abstract was submitted), Title, and Author/Presenter & Affiliation should be printed on the poster at the top, center-justified in a reasonably large font.

A floor plan showing each poster location will be made available at the beginning of the conference & communicated to poster authors by email, together with information as to when to put up the posters.

Best posters will be awarded:

5000 RMB (per poster) for two best posters and 2000 RMB (per poster) for five second best posters.
